I don't need another recycle bin. i answered no when it asked if i needed cart. when they emptied my recycling bin the last time and it was set back down it was in the road and a danger to motorists using rivoli. I was just expressing concern that they move it out of the street when they finish emptying the cart. I still have the recycling cart. I don't need another-- just asking that the drivers make sure cart is out of road when they finish emptying it. please acknowledge you understand what original request was
