Deskripsyon

The weeds are so high in the front of this property that a pedestrian cannot safely walk these sidewalks. They are obviously overgrown and I am not sure how they have not been noticed by anyone else. They are flowering!

The owner of this property is deceased and no further contact. Matter will be referred to DPW for cutting.

So what happens to the property? Can the city declare it abandoned? Can they take ownership and sell it? Clearly it shouldn't just sit there.

The actual address is 520 Black Horse Hill. The owner and executor are both deceased. No further contact available. Property will most likely go to Tax sale in the future and then there may be a new owner. In the interim, DPW has been notified to cut the grass and lien the property.
