REQUESTED MULTIPLE TIMES.. A TREE TRUNK WAS LEFT IN PLACE AFTER THE LIMBS WERE REMOVED 5-6 YEARS AGO. THE TRUNK BASE IS INFESTED WITH INSECTS IT IS ROTTED AND GOING TO FALL OVER SOON. A DAY CARE CENTER'S CHILDREN WALK BY THIS TREE EVERY WEEKDAY. IT IS DANGEROUS AND GETTING WORSE.
