There are multiple potholes on the corner of Howard Ave and fIrst St. There is a pothole in Forst Street between Howard and Hallock Ave. There is also a crater in Hallock Ave that is getting worse by the day betwenn 1st street and 2nd street. In truth Hallock Ave and Howard Ave are a disaster between the road cuts by utilities and the heaving from the cold weather. it is really bad. I have worked here for 30 years and this is the worst condition of these roads. 1992 Special Olympics was the last time a paving job was done around here.
